Reconnect with Confidence
Funded by the Big Lottery Community Fund, Reconnect with Confidence (RWC) was launched in June 2021 as a complementary resource to the Borders Brain Injury Service.
The programme provides support to help tackle feelings of loss, isolation and loneliness experienced by people across the Scottish Borders following brain injury or neurological condition.

Financial management advice and support with a primary focus on developing skills, knowledge, and confidence to enable prudent financial choices and avoid crises
Support to help reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness through making connections within local communities
One-to-one support as well as group-based activities, peer support and befriending opportunities
