Privacy Statement

Dynamic Community Fusion understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your personal data is used. The Company needs to process (store or use) certain personal data about its service users in order to fulfil its purpose and to meet its legal obligations.  In some instances, it may be necessary for us to share this information with other third parties (service providers, such as the DWP, Housing Organisations etc) in order to assist you.  We will ask you to give prior consent to such data being processed.

We aim to uphold the core principles of GDPR –

  • To obtain and process information fairly and lawfully

  • To collect information for specified, explicit and lawful purposes

  • To ensure that it is adequate, relevant and not excessive

  • To keep information accurate and up to date

  • To retain it for no longer than is necessary for the specified purpose or purposes

  • To keep it safe and secure

Please be aware that any information you give to us concerning other individuals should only be given after obtaining their permission to do so.  Especially sensitive data concerning their health for example.

All personal information will be held in the strictest confidence.  Please also refer to our Confidentiality Policy.  

We do not currently transfer any personal data out with the EEA.

The type of information we may collect

We need to know basic personal data in order to provide you with our services, i.e. processing of data regarding your name, address, health or employment.  We will not collect any data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee the services we have agreed to provide you with.


Your Rights under GDPR are as follows

Personal data must be processed in line with individuals' rights, including the right to:

  • request a copy of their personal data; 

  • request inaccurate personal data is corrected; 

  • request personal data is deleted and destroyed when causing damage or distress; 

  • right to Erasure (‘Right to be Forgotten’) 

  • right to data portability – transferred from one provider to another 

  • right to withdraw consent at any time 

  • rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling 

  • opt-out of receiving electronic communications from us

Should you wish to make a request in line with your rights as an individual, you can make this to your Support Worker or our Service Manager, who will start the process for you and forward it to the Data Protection Officer. Information about Us

This Privacy Policy is an abbreviated version for the sole purpose of conveying our commitment to protecting your rights and privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018 in a clear and concise manner. 

Dynamic Community Fusion is overseen by Triage, our parent Company.  Triage is the data controller and/or the data processor of the personal data we process and therefore are responsible for ensuring our systems, processes, suppliers and Triage employees etc comply with data protection laws in relation to the information we handle.
